摘要 受地层水矿化度和原油稳定工艺影响,许多凝析油稳定装置均不同程度存在结盐和盐堵问题,甚至严重影响装置的安全运行。介绍了雅克拉集气处理站凝析油稳定系统的脱盐工艺。通过对水洗脱盐工艺和电脱盐工艺方案比选后,综合考虑脱盐效果、技术指标、工程造价以及后期运行成本等因素,雅克拉集气处理站采用了二级水洗沉降脱盐方案。实现了凝析油稳定系统全过程不加水、不加药、不盐堵的目标,装置日增轻烃产量20t/d,降低了运行成本,对类似装置具有一定的参考价值。 Due to the mineralization of the formation water and the crude oil stabilization technique,problems of salt knot and salt block existed in many condensate stabilization units,which seriously influenced the safety operation of the whole equipment.The desalting technique of the condensate stabilization unit at the Yakela gas gathering station was introduced.Two-stage water washing settlement desalting scheme was adopted in Yakela gas gathering station by the comparison of the washing desalting technique and electrical desalting technique in respect of the desalting effect,technical specifications,construction costs,and later operation costs.The goals of condensate stabilization system without addition of water,chemical,and no salt block were achieved,the natural gas condensate yield of 20t/d was increased,operation costs were reduced,which providing a certain reference to the similar units.
