摘要作为行业中的主要技术服务提供者,油服公司专注于应用型技术、设备和材料研发,对油气工业科技创新和技术进步发挥着越来越重要的作用.油服行业领头羊斯伦贝谢公司高度重视人才和技术在公司发展中的作用,坚持在研发领域巨额投资和在细分市场有的放矢,凭借雄厚的科技实力占据市场主动,依靠科技创新为股东创造最大价值.斯伦贝谢稳步实施科技创新发展战略,2007年开始启动"研究与工程转型"项目,完善科技创新体系,优化科研过程管理;应用提速手段推动内涵式科技创新,扩展合作网络实现外延式科技创新,激发人才活力实现企业全方位创新.斯伦贝谢坚持人才优先、聚焦战略需求、扩大开放合作等科技创新经验为中国石油企业提供了有益启示. As the primary technical service providers, oilfield service companies focus on the research and development of applied technologies, equipment and materials and play an increasingly important role in the scientific and technological innovation as well as the technological advance of the oil and gas industry. Schlumberger, the bellwether in the oilfield service industry, has paid high attention to the roles of people and technologies in corporate development, has insisted on huge amounts of R&D investment and cleverly chose favored market segments, grasped markets actively by strong scientific and technological forces, and created maximum value for its shareholders through scientific and technological innovation. Beginning with the research and engineering transformation program in 2007, Schlumberger steadily implemented the scientific and technological innovation development strategy, optimized R&D organizational structure and project process management, facilitating connotative scientific and technological innovation by speeding up means, expanded the network of innovation to reach epitaxial scientific and technological innovation, and stimulated the employee to realize total innovation. Chinese oilfield service companies should learn from the experiences of Schlumberger, including trying to put talented people first, focusing on strategic needs, and expanding their opening and cooperation.
