摘要
针对某型铰链梁的结构与尺寸,设计了新型中间坯与锻造工艺,并结合数值模拟与试验验证对其进行了详细优化,确定了中间坯与锻件的新工艺方法,试制结果满足设计与标准要求,最终采用该工艺方法与生产中的关键参数控制进行了批量化锻件的生产,检验合格后实现批量化交货。
According to the structure and size of a certain type of hinge beam,a new type of intermediate billet and forging process has been designed,which is optimized in detail by combining with numerical simulation and test verification,and a new process method of intermediate billet and forging has been determined.The results of trial production meet the requirements of design and standard.And finally the mass production of forgings has been carried out by the technological process and control of the key parameters and the mass delivery has been realized after qualified inspection.
