一流大学异地办学的生成逻辑与增值效应 认领 被引量:1

The Generating Logic of First-class Universities Running School in Different Places and Its Value-added Effect

摘要 改革开放以来,作为高等教育优质资源与地方城市双促的新型办学模式,一流大学异地办学活动备受社会关注。异地办学在一定程度上缓解了大学发展空间受限的困局,也部分满足了一些地方城市对优质高等教育资源的需求,并赋予所在城市以特定的创新气质和文化禀赋。但作为大学母体的衍生组织和新创空间,异地校区在办学过程中存在着多元主体间的利益不一致、学科资源享用不均以及空间区隔等问题。大学异地办学是一个比较复杂的利益调适和结构调整过程,应关注各利益主体间的共生点,完善大学制度整体设计,以真正实现多主体的增值效应。 Since the reform and opening up,as a new type of operation model for promoting high-quality higher education resources and local cities,first-class universities running schools in different places have attracted much social attention.It has alleviated the predicament of limited space for university development to a certain extent,has also partially satisfied the demand for high-quality higher education resources in some local cities,and has given the cities a specific innovative temperament and cultural endowment.But as the spin-off organization and new creation space,there are problems such as inconsistent interests among diverse subjects,uneven use of discipline resources,and spatial separation.Running school in different places is a relatively complicated process of interest adjustment and structural adjustment,so it should pay attention to the symbiosis between the various stakeholders and improve the overall design of the university system to truly achieve the multi-agent valueadded effect.
