老年认知功能障碍患者实施走失风险管理的效果探讨 认领

目的观察老年认知功能障碍患者实施走失风险管理的效果。方法本院2018年4月—2019年4月收治的64例老年认知功能障碍患者为本次研究对象,按照随机分组法将所有患者分为为对照组(32例:常规管理)与试验组(32例:综合走失风险管理),比较两组... 目的观察老年认知功能障碍患者实施走失风险管理的效果。方法本院2018年4月—2019年4月收治的64例老年认知功能障碍患者为本次研究对象,按照随机分组法将所有患者分为为对照组(32例:常规管理)与试验组(32例:综合走失风险管理),比较两组患者管理情况。结果试验组管理期间走失率(3.13%)以及不良反应发生率(9.38%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者家属对风险管理满意度(93.75%)均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年认知功能障碍患者综合走失风险管理效果明显优于常规管理效果。 展开更多

Therefore, the Solvency metric is defined by the adequacy of capital to service the cash flow requirements arising from the said obligations. The main component inducing volatility in Capital is market sensitive Assets, such as Bonds and Equity. Bond and Equity prices in Sri Lanka are highly sensitive to macro-economic elements such as investor sentiment, political stability, policy environment, economic growth, fiscal stimulus, utility environment and in the case of Equity, societal sentiment on certain companies and industries. Therefore, if an entity is to accurately forecast the impact on solvency through asset valuation, the impact of macro-economic variables on asset pricing must be modelled mathematically. This paper explores mathematical, actuarial and statistical concepts such as Brownian motion, Markov Processes, Derivation and Integration as well as Probability theorems such as the Probability Density Function in determining the optimum mathematical model which depicts the accurate relationship between macro-economic variables and asset pricing. 展开更多

Management of odontoid fracture cannot be standardized till to date and ideal treatment for type-2 odontoid fractures still ha</span><span>s</span><span> some controversial issues. Objective of this review is to find </span><span>a </span><span>controversial aspect of management along with opinion to find out a standard guideline by searching the literature in Pubmed and Google scholar databases with key words</span><span>: </span><span>odontoid, fracture, type-2, management, nonoperative and operative management. Nonoperative treatment with halo vest is associated with very high rate of complication in elderly patient. When conservative treatment of this fractures is indicated that should be carried out with hard cervical collar or cervicothoracic orthosis. Current studies suggest that surgical management of odontoid fractures may offer a protective benefit but it is limited to patients younger than 75 years of age. Though surgical treatment has </span><span>a </span><span>better outcome</span><span>, it </span><span>is also limited by the co-mobidities and hazards of anesthesia and surgery in elderly patients. Conservative treatment of this fracture in </span><span>the </span><span>elderly should preferably be carried out with hard collar or avoiding halo vest. Drought is primarily an agricultural phenomenon that refers to conditions where plants are responsive to certain levels of moisture stress that affect both the vegetative growth and yield of crops. It occurs when supply of moisture stored in the soil is insufficient to meet the optimum need of a particular type of crop. Causes of drought in Bangladesh are related to climate variability and non-availability of surface water resources. While it may be possible to indicate the immediate cause of a drought in a particular location, it often is not possible to identify an underlying cause. Therefore, to improve all these services in favour of enhancing agricultural production and reducing food insecurity in Bangladesh, it is mandatory to develop an effective way for disseminating the SPI data indicating drought indices to farmers, and enhance drought and climate resilience. To develop future plan and policy in agricultural sector of Bangladesh, it is vital to understand the previous droughts events with accurate indicators. Since this study will contribute to the agricultural development of Bangladesh therefore there is an obvious need to understand the change of drought frequency all over Bangladesh using a standardized drought index. We present an atypical form with cardiogenic shock that was managed by interventional cardiology measures.</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Case presentation</span></b><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">A 58</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">years old female patient with a past history of hypertension, obesity and multiple sclerosis was admitted at the Hospital Center of Montlucon for septic shock of urinary origin. During hospitalization in intensive care unit, the patient presented a markedly increasing of troponin levels with a diffused ST-segment elevation. Transthoracic Echocardiography showed an altered left ventricular ejection fraction at 35% with hypokinesia of apex and lateral ventricular segments in conjunction with compensatory hyperkinesis of the base;these findings were strongly suggestive of a diagnosis of Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. Despite concomitant anemia, renal failure and sepsis, all adequately treated with complete remission, the patient developed frequent episodes of ventricular tachycardia that prompted an emergency coronarography. During this procedure</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">,</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> the patient presented a cardiogenic shock and bradyasystole that were successfully managed by intra-aortic balloon pumping and temporary transvenous pacing. Water is the most important factor in plant productivity. Many initiatives have been developed in this direction, including all methods of irrigation and water and soil conservation. The objective of this work is to assess the effectiveness of this amendment in crop production in the context of climate variability. The methodology is based on experi<span>mentation to statistically compare the natural biomass on a soil of sil</span><span>ty-clay-sandy texture, divided into two blocks, one of which is amended with potassium polyacrylate and the other is not. This study showed that the wet and dry biomasses produced on soils with potassium polyacrylate are significantly higher than those produced on unamended soils at the 5% threshold. Based on these results, potassium polyacrylate may be a solution to recurrent dryness pockets. However, uncontrolled environmental testing is necessary to confirm these results.</span> 展开更多

Concerning construction processes, both risk management (RM) and value engineering (VE) techniques have commonalities from the beginning up to the completion of the project due to enhancing the project value/quality, meeting the project deadline, and reducing overall project cost. VE includes resolving the uncertainty of project objectives and ensuring that the project is delivered in a value for money way. The key point of RM is to solve the uncertainty of the project itself and its results to ensure that the specifications are achieved within the prescribed time, cost, and quality constraints. This review work is comparatively and collectively focus</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">ed</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> on assessing the role of RM and VE tools for project successful delivery. It studies the points of difference and common features of the two aspects in terms of construction project delivery. So, this study concluded that in construction RM tool cannot be the chief aim of the all parties involved in the project execution because sometimes it produces itself negative results and reduces project management success. Therefore, RM needs a strong combination with VE due to the dependence of the target in identifying and assessing risks by considering the highest performance and lowest cost. As discovered, today’s Rwandan construction industry is developing day by day, which plays a very important role in the country’s economic growth. In the construction industry, project consultants play a very significant role in providing services for such projects. The project consultants provide services from the beginning of the project to the completion of the project. Using project consultants is very useful for construction projects because it can ameliorate project efficiency and effectiveness. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between project consultants’ performance and project success in the Rwandan construction industry. The data used in this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The secondary data was attained through an elaborated literature review of various books, articles, and papers related to this research to outlining and describing the chief ideas of this research title. The primary data was compiled through a questionnaire survey that was directed to 110 selected professionals in the construction projects in Rwanda to collect data from the site for statistical analysis of the research to test the hypothesis. However, a total of 90 usable responses were received within the scheduled period representing the response rate of 81.82%, which is likely to be representative and acceptable. Data collected from the questionnaire surveys were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), excel spreadsheets, and Relative Importance Index (RII), which provide more merit presentations. The survey results show that even if there are many obstacles in the use of project consultants in the Rwandan construction industry such as lack of knowledge and practice in project consulting, lack of well-trained project consulting professionals, lack of training opportunities in project consulting, lack of knowledge and experience in addition to the senior management opposition, and lack of local project consulting guidelines and information;t 展开更多

Unfortunately, drivers passing through these communities often enter at high rates of speeds, which are often significantly higher than the speed limit of the local segment. Speed management in rural areas requires different considerations compared to urban areas and, within the US, rural speed management is not as advanced with little experience or guidance for agencies to draw on. This paper summarizes the results of a study that evaluated, in part, several different types of transverse pavement markings within the speed transition zones in small rural communities. It will be shown how the information can be used to create services such as predictive analytics, system optimization and anomaly detection to improve the aquaponics system. The results show that the system enabled full traceability and transparency in the aquaponics processes (customers can follow what is going on at the farm), reduced water and energy use and increased revenue through early fault detection. In this, paper the information management approach will be introduced and the key benefits of the digitized aquaponics system will be given. 展开更多

目的探讨态势分析法(SWOT)在药剂科中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年12月医院28名药剂科人员作为研究对象。药剂科2018年1月~2018年12月采取常规管理模式,2019年1月~2019年12月采取SWOT分析法进行管理。随机选择SWOT分析法管理... 目的探讨态势分析法(SWOT)在药剂科中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年12月医院28名药剂科人员作为研究对象。药剂科2018年1月~2018年12月采取常规管理模式,2019年1月~2019年12月采取SWOT分析法进行管理。随机选择SWOT分析法管理前后各1800张处方进行分析,对比处方中调剂差错的发生率、抗菌药物的使用情况。同时,通过满意度调查表评价实施前后药剂科人员对于工作的满意度。结果SWOT分析法实施后,所调配药品品种、用法、用量错误及发错患者的发生率均低于实施前(P<0.05),抗菌药物使用率23.78%低于实施前42.11%(P<0.01),药剂科人员对于工作的满意率100.00%高于实施前78.57%(P<0.05)。结论SWOT分析法在药剂科中具有显著的应用效果。 展开更多

Water management has been proven significant for enhancing both performance and durability of anion exchange membrane fuel cell. Besides searching new material, decreasing membrane thickness and modifying operation parameters, a simple and universal method of altering membrane structure is proposed in this work. Composite membranes made by unique processing method that includes both casting and electrospinning processes were compared with traditional casting membrane, all with the same thickness of 40 μm. Comparing to traditional casting membrane, the composite membrane put at proper position shows a higher water permeability, thus even more than 50% enhancement of the peak performance. 展开更多
