国际视野下传统文化教育的立场选择和对策分析 认领

The Choice of Traditional Cultural Education’s Position and Analysis of Countermeasures in the International Perspective

摘要 全球化背景下,世界各国要明确如何对待本国的传统文化,并给出适切的教育对策。通过对"文化"概念内涵进行分类,可明确传统文化教育隐含的三种基本立场:推崇继承、批判反思和融合发展。借助这三种立场对不同国家的具体传统文化教育举措进行分析和总结,研究发现,在推崇继承立场下,各国所面临的国内外文化境况决定了其教育目标是扩大优势地位还是保障文化安全,课程体系是重视融合还是强调特色。在批判反思立场下,各国对历史问题的定性决定了其基本态度是"瑕不掩瑜"还是"亡羊补牢",也决定了课程内容选择的范围与占比。在融合发展立场下,各国传统文化与现代文明冲突的程度决定了其落脚点是观照现实还是面向未来,课程设置是强调多学科融合还是单独设立。 In the context of globalization,all countries need to face their traditional culture properly and give appropriate education countermeasures.This article clarifies the three basic positions implicit in traditional cultural education by classifying the connotation of the concept of "culture":advocating inheritance,critical reflection,and integrated development,and using these three positions to analyze and sum up specific traditional cultural education initiatives in different countries.The following conclusions were found.With respect to the inheritance standpoint,the cultural conditions at home and abroad faced by different countries determine whether their educational goal is to expand their dominant position or guarantee cultural safety.Under the critical reflection position,different countries’ judgments on the nature of historical issues determine whether their basic attitudes are "small defects cannot obscure great virtues" or "mend the fold even after the sheep has been lost." Under the standpoint of integration and development,the degree of conflict between traditional culture and modern civilization in various countries determines whether its goal is to look at reality or to the future.
